I am a first-year graduate student at the Department of Computer Science, Stony Brook University. My current research interests are Explainable AI, Intelligent User Interface, and Assistive Technology. In general, I am enthusiastic about projects that work towards social well-being by combining techniques from Data Science, Visualization and Immersive Technologies (AR, VR). My recent projects include- Visual causal analysis for transparent decision-making, Collaborative sense-making through causal inference, and Interactive tool for balancing visual biases (gender bias, skin-tone bias etc.) in video streams.
I completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I also hold an M.S. from the same institution.
